I got this brand new set of Nokia 1800 today. For me, life should be simple as this phone. I don’t understand why is the phone is getting smarter and smarter meanwhile the end-user are getting stupider and stupider, everyday. WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Facebook, Twitter, MSN, MP3, HD recording and playback. Now what? Dual core processor? 3D graphic with 3D screen? HDMI output? For god sake, every manufacturer is inventing new mobile phone everyday. But the battery life is still limited at 1500mAh?I just need a phone for normal text messaging and making call. Simple as that. I got my laptop for my emails, I’m not longer fancy emailing using the small QWERTY keypad.

I don’t like to bring my emails everywhere with me, no matter where I go.

I don’t fancy smart phone, anymore.
The phone lives for me, I don’t live for the phone.

I had enough finding charger for the phone. Apple iPhone 4, HTC Desire HD, HTC HD2, Nokia N8, Nokia E7, Samsung Galaxy S, Sony Ericsson X10, BlackBerry 9800 = Battery life? Pathetic, half day. Well, I would still prefer BlackBerry as it could last me 2 days with 24 hours email access.

Been working in this line for quite some times. I’ve seen a lot of rich customers who chase for new technologies which they don’t need it at all, and I admitted that previously I were one of them as well. You all have been letting the mobile retail industry earns a lot. From the phone manufacturer to the telco which provide the data. It’s all about communication. But is this type of communication really good for us? I wish to go back to the era whereby the mobile phone is not like this dirt cheap, so we would actually cherish the times being together, as we only able to communicate to each other, face to face.

Good bye to my BlackBerry, HTC, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Apple, LG and Samsung mobiles. I hate you all for ruined my life. I need a normal life right now. Hence I am giving everything a full-stop right now.
